Scotti Ross

Executive Director

Scotti took on the role of project coordinator for CEDC in December of 2022. Prior to that, she served as the board secretary for six years while working at Bruning Bank. She and her family have called Custer County home since 2013. Broken Bow has offered ample career opportunities while still providing that rural Sandhills feel that they love so much. After serving a year under the former executive director, Scotti stepped into the role following his retirement in January of 2024. Her degree in ag business and background in banking and agriculture help her understand what drives the local economy. She is passionate about helping the citizens and businesses of Custer County grow and thrive.
